What does this service cost?
Answer
This service is complimentary in exchange for a registration and the ability to communicate occasionally on the products and services Service Management 101 provides to the service management community.
The default level of service is "best effort" on each ticket or service request submitted, and there is no guarantee of if and when a response will be provided.
The purpose of the complimentary level service is to twofold:
- To help individuals and organizations who cannot afford onsite consultancy with some degree of professional help in approaching a service management initiative;
- By processing questions build and tune a more usable knowledge base of relevant articles for our clients
